Shipping

SHIPPING

Within 3-5 business days after receipt of order and successful payment (following receipt of order summary email).

From the time the items are shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the destination address. 

Costs

Shipping costs are 6€ in Italy and Europe. Free shipping is provided for orders over 250€.

International shipping

The prices of the products displayed on our website do not include any local taxes and customs duties. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer agrees to pay these amounts directly upon receipt of the package in the manner specified by the courier. 

Delivery times

ITALY

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of order. When the order is processed, delivery times are as follows: 

  • Italy: 3/5 working days 
  • Islands: 5/6 working days 

EUROPE

Within 3-5 business days

Shipping times for orders paid by bank transfer will be calculated from the confirmation of payment. 

Amaliita cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond Amaliita's control.

Shipment Tracking

When the order is shipped, the customer receives an email containing the tracking number and a link to follow the progress of the shipment. 

DELIVERY

The customer agrees to accept delivery of their package. Upon delivery, the purchaser is required to check: 

  • the ownership of the delivery document; 
  • the number of packages being delivered; 
  • that the packaging is undamaged or altered, including in the sealing materials. 

If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (prolonged absence, wrong address, wrong contacts etc.) or if for other causes the customer refuses delivery, any shipping costs will be deducted from any refund to the customer. 

In the event of a dispute, the customer may either pick up the package by marking it "pick up with reservation" or refuse delivery. 

A dispute regarding damage and/or missing items must be received within 14 days from the date of the delivery document by contacting customer service at e-mail: info@amaliita.com.
