Returns

All cancellations, returns and refunds are made in accordance with Italian and European consumer contract regulations, i.e. any cancellation, return or refund is governed by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014, implementing the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 / EU.

The consumer who proceeds to purchase a product through the site amaliita.com has the right to a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product to withdraw from the relevant order without giving any reason and without being required to pay any amount, except for the cost of return.

Products purchased through other sales channels may NOT be returned to our Returns Department in any way.

You must place all product accessories in their original packaging in the package and seal the delivery package so that the logistics operator will pick up a sealed package. 

Following the sending of the above notice, the consumer agrees without undue delay and in any event within 14 (fourteen) days of the above notice, to return to Amaliita, at its own expense, the product covered by the order for which the withdrawal was exercised.

In case of a well-founded exercise of the right of withdrawal, Amaliita will refund the price of the product covered by the order for which the withdrawal was exercised within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Amaliita was informed of the consumer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Amaliita will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the consumer to purchase the returned product. It is understood that the consumer is responsible for any diminution in the value of the returned product and that Amaliita shall have the right to withhold the refund until it has received the product covered by the order for which the right of withdrawal was exercised or until the consumer proves that the product has been shipped, whichever situation occurs first.

Amaliita will verify that the returned product meets the conditions of our Returns Policy and, if compliant, will process a refund. 

Our products must be returned in the condition they were received, i.e. new and unused, or in perfect condition and with all labels and stickers applied to them (if applicable), as well as with the original delivery packaging, including all accessories. 

Amaliita therefore reserves the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear and tear or has been used or modified in any way and/or in any part thereof, or is different from the original condition, i.e. of the new product, and/or reserves the right to reduce the amount of any refunds as a result of product(s) and/or packaging(s) not being in perfect condition.

All returns will be subject to strict quality control checks by Amaliita to ensure that returned products meet these requirements. If the products do not meet the quality control standards, Amaliita will refuse the return and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product meets quality control standards, we will proceed with a refund or exchange as requested.

The return is free of charge if the item received is incorrect or defective. 

The package sent for return its a customer responsability.
AMALIITA will undertake to process the return only once it has arrived at its destination.
